You don’t need meal plans, rules, restrictions, or misery.

3. What if I’ve failed every diet or program in the past?
Good — that means you’ve learned what doesn’t work.
My coaching focuses on identity, autonomy, habits, and mindset — not quick fixes.
Your past attempts are not a failure; they’re data we use to build a better plan.
4. Do I need a gym membership?
No.
You can start at home with minimal equipment.
If you prefer the gym, we’ll build a plan for that too.
The training adapts to your situation.
5. How much weight will I lose, and how fast?
Everyone is different, but you can expect steady, realistic progress while learning habits that stick.
Our focus is on consistency, identity, and long-term change — not crash dieting or extreme transformations.
6. Will I get a meal plan?
For 99.999% of clients.. NO — and that’s intentional.
Meal plans create dependence.
But that doesn't mean that your alone. I teach you how to make your own decisions, build confidence with food, and understand nutrition so you never need a rigid plan again.
We will discover meals/snacks/travel options etc that fit your lifestyle because I don't want to still be providing you meal plans while your making dinner for your great-grandchildren.
If a meal plan truly is the only way you can reach your goals; we can try it. But it isn't a first option.
7. What kind of support do I get?
We speak weekly on coaching calls, do a deeper session monthly, and you have chat support Monday–Friday with 24 hour response times.
When life gets messy, you’re not doing this alone.
8. How is this different from other weight loss programs?
This coaching is built around autonomy, identity, and Motivational Interviewing — not pressure, shame, or quick fixes.
we fail, we keep moving.. its inevitable. Ive done this myself so I am here to support you to get the results you need.
But ultimately, you are the only person who can actually do the work so it needs to fit your lifestyle.
Its better to take a little longer.. but actually work long term.
9. I’m embarrassed to start. What if I can’t keep up?
Totally normal — almost every client feels this way at the beginning.
We start small, build confidence step by step, and set goals that feel realistic and achievable.
You’ll never be judged, rushed, or pushed beyond what you’re ready for.

I did it myself, its responsible for a lot of my weight loss

We choose an approach based on what works for your lifestyle, your preferences, and your long-term goals — not what’s trending.
Keto can work for some people, but for many men it’s hard to sustain socially, mentally, and practically.
My priority is helping you build a way of eating you can stick to for life, not just a few weeks.
